Learn more about us at getclair.com/about http://getclair.com/about ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Strategy Lead to help shape how Clair identifies, prioritizes, and expands into new markets and customer segments, while owning our end-to-end process to find, and understand deeply the potential champions within each organization. This role is ideal for someone with 2-7 years of experience in their career with a background in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategic finance, market research, venture capital or business operations who wants to move closer to operating within a high-growth fintech company. You’ll work directly with Clair’s Chief of Staff and partner closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to deeply understand the embedded fintech ecosystem, identify high-potential target companies and buyers, analyze market trends, and help inform Clair’s long-term go-to-market strategies. This role will begin heavily focused on research, market intelligence, and strategic analysis, with the opportunity to evolve into a more influential strategic partner helping shape company-level sales, GTM, and product decisions over time.
