Must Have
Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean, Personally built outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring, Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs, Think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively, Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
Nice to Have
Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product, Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas, Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion
