Must Have

Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean, Personally built outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring, Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs, Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission

Nice to Have

Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product, Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas, Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion
