What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops, Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e. g. , HubSpot, Salesforce), understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and outbound strategies, Experience with automation tools (e. g. , Zapier, Make, APIs), Proficiency in data handling (Google Sheets, Excel, or SQL preferred), Familiarity with outbound tools (e. g. , Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist), Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data, communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
