Must Have
5+ years of Application Support experience, 3+ years working with GMI core modules, Experience within financial markets or capital markets environments, Experience supporting business-critical applications in a high-pressure environment, Familiarity with global Follow-the-Sun support models, knowledge of GMI Core modules (COPYFDC, BOFSET1C, BMERGE, Trade Load), Experience with RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, and IFS, SQL and Linux knowledge, Windows/Linux operating systems experience, Understanding of trading and clearing systems, Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Responsible for supporting critical production applications, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system stability, and partnering with business and technology teams in a global financial markets environment.
