Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime, Some positions may also be rotating shifts, Willing and able (potentially short notice) to travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international), May be required to relocate to another Field Operations location, Specific contracts supported by Field Operations could require employees to perform a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation, Employees associated with these specific contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment, Requires an active U. S. Secret Security Clearance (U. S. Citizenship Required), An interim and/or final U. S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required, Must be willing to work any shift, Must be willing and able (on potentially short notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international), Must be willing and able to relocate to a variety of locations (domestic and international), Operate under high tempo, demanding conditions
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience working on the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program, Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, 3+ years of experience using analytical and problem-solving skills, 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, Must be willing to work any shift, Must be willing and able (on potentially short notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international), Employees must be willing and able to relocate to a variety of locations (domestic and international)
Nice to Have
Active U. S. Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start is highly desired, Bachelor's degree or higher, Previous experience preparing and briefing senior level executives and officials
What You'll Do.
and compile complex technical data
Maintain configuration control of the GMD System
Perform asset management functions
Coordinate the transition of the GMD System
Provide Situational Awareness reporting
Facilitate system maintenance execution
Assess situations and apply proper knowledge
review and update operational checklists
Determine cause for system malfunctions
Brief senior government officials
Facilitate resolutions to issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Facilitate resolutions to issues between the GMOC, developmental teams, operations sites, and other support activities

Brief senior government officials and senior Boeing management
