What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably within the Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce), high-growth e-commerce, or fast-paced retail sector, with previous P&L ownership., University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field., Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex strategic plans and translate them into measurable, high-impact operational results., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and motivating large teams., Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory., Proficient user of Google Suite (or MS Office suite, depends on what is being used in TR) and relevant data analysis tools.
