Ability to create graphs in MS Office products, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, Analytical skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to learn organizational structure, Organizational and communication skills, Problem solving skills, Prioritize and handle multiple assignments, Ability to communicate with variety of constituent groups
What You'll Do.
Manage and complete expense reports
Coordinate meetings and conferences
Own and manage conference room coordination
Manage room calendars
Conduct clerical duties
Prepare documents and presentations
Create conference agendas
Create minor content curriculum
Schedule cost effective travel arrangements
Assist with internal communications
Work with outside vendors
Coordinate upkeep and maintenance
Run work-related errands
Delegate responsibilities appropriately
Manage time effectively
Track key deliverables
Help drive completion of key deliverables
Manage complex calendars and scheduling
Coordinate closely with Workforce Management
Coordinate closely with Recruiting
Coordinate closely with Maintenance
Coordinate closely with Human Resources
Serve as representative on department team-building activities
Serve as representative on peer recognition
