You will be an experienced program manager with a background in workplace accessibility, facilities management, or inclusive design. You will partner with the WAI Sr. Program Manager and cross-functional teams, including GREF Operations, Moves Adds Changes (MAC), Occupancy Planning, Design Engineering & Sustainability (DSE), EHS, Meeting & Events, and People eXperiences and Technology (PxT), to drive WAI deliverables, including accessibility audits, design reviews, and workplace improvement initiatives across WAI's four workstreams: Standards integration, existing spaces adaptation, accommodation optimization, and Together at Amazon initiative with PxT. You will develop, maintain, and socialize WAI program documentation, policies, standards, and tooling across focus areas: physical accessibility, universal design, assistive technology, and inclusive workplace programs. You will facilitate GREF-led accommodation delivery processes in line with SLAs across current (U.S.) and emerging (Rest of the World) geographical locations while building and maintaining an internal tracker for WAI's operational planning, budget tracking, and progr
