This role will lead a team responsible for bank account management and online banking administration across global entities. This position requires a hands-on leader who takes full ownership of operations, drives execution, and ensures strong controls and seamless coordination across internal stakeholders and global banking partners. **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities Bank Account Management * Lead the full lifecycle of fund-level and corporate bank accounts (opening, maintenance, closures) * Ensure accuracy and integrity of bank account data across systems * Drive bank fee analysis and invoicing; investigate and resolve discrepancies * Maintain and administer Authorized Signatory Lists (ASL) with a strong control focus * Coordinate documentation and confirmations with banking partners * Support regulatory reporting (e.g., FBAR) through detailed data validation and review Online Banking Administration * Lead user access and entitlements across global banking platforms * Ensure timely processing of onboarding, updates, and terminations * Maintain accurate tracking of internal and third-party access * Drive audit readiness by ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies * Monitor and ensure all requests are completed within defined SLAs Team Leadership & Operational Oversight * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team supporting
