This role is responsible for leading one or more high-complexity launch programs to deliver to schedule, quality, and cost commitments for key strategic customers. It serves as the global interface internally and to the customer, leading cross-functional and multi‑site program execution, to ensure program success. **What a typical day looks like:** * Responsible for all program activities from project start until stable production * Lead cross-functional team including engineering, quality, supply chain, NPI, manufacturing, and service/support. Coordinate project activities across global sites, and resolve issues as necessary according to the program schedule * Lead customer interactions to define the product & project requirements and scope, to communicate project status and issues on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed * Be on-site during NPI builds to understand design, process, test & material challenges, with appropriate team members * Travel up to 25-50% to the European manufacturing sites * Lead the project in accordance with Flex development (FPLC) processes.
