This role focuses on aligning solutions with P&O strategy, driving value realization, and strengthening partnerships across the global portfolio. **Job Description** * Your Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Act as the primary interface between Global P&O functions and Technology teams * Capture, structure, and manage business demand across the P&O portfolio * Translate business requirements into clear, prioritized technology initiatives * Support the definition and execution of the P&O Solutions strategy and roadmap * Monitor and track portfolio initiatives against defined business outcomes * Support delivery of global P&O technology projects ensuring alignment with scope and timelines * Manage vendor and partner performance ensuring quality and adherence to commitments * Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across solutions and services KPI: Effective translation of business demand into prioritized and successfully delivered technology initiatives What you’ll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, HR, or related field * Proven experience in Technology Business Partnering, preferably in HR/P&O domains * Experience managing demand and translating business requirements into technology solutions * Exposure to HR technology landscape (e.g., Workday, Payroll, SAP HR, Learning & Talent systems) * Experience supporting
