What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master in Tax law, Business Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative discipline, Postgraduate qualification in tax law, Fluent Dutch or French, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Relevant experience in-house, in a Big-4 or law firm or with the Tax Authorities

Advise clients on tax model
Advise clients on tax strategy
Advise clients on tax policy
Assist clients in seeking upfront agreement
Support clients with tax disputes
Seek resolution through appeal
Seek resolution through mutual agreement
Enlarge knowledge around Belgian corporate income tax
Enlarge knowledge around international taxation
Share knowledge with the team
Offer complete solutions to clients
Build professional network
Manage current client relationships
Collaborate on business development
Lead a client service team
Assure service delivery
Coach the Global Tax team
Play role in development of Global Tax practice

Work side by side with multidisciplinary tax teams; Collaborate with other tax colleagues; Work well in team-based environments; Coach the Global Tax team; Coach younger tax professionals
