Must Have
Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in business or equivalent fields, or a similar education, Several years of experience in a P&O/HR role with exposure to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, First leadership responsibility and readiness to grow as a people leader, Experience working in international and multicultural environments, Fluent in English and German
Nice to Have
Curiosity and ambition to grow into Talent & Learning topics such as succession planning, capability development, performance evaluation, and organizational diagnostics.
