What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of strategic sourcing, category management, or similar applicable experience in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment, Deep expertise managing procurement for customized electronic assemblies, control panels or wire harnesses for use in in battery systems or other similar products, through distribution channels as well as directly from manufacturers, Outstanding data evaluation and analysis skills, Excellent communication experience presenting clear recommendations to leadership to drive strategic and operational decision making, Ability to travel domestically and internationally approx. 30% of the time, Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or similar discipline
What You'll Do.
Own the Electromechanical component category
Build and maintain partnerships with strategic suppliers
Act as primary contact with suppliers on contract and pricing negotiations
Drive commercial cost negotiations with suppliers
Monitor current market conditions and technology roadmaps
Collaborate closely with Form’s Leadership
Engineering and Strategic Supply teams
