Experience with indirect procurement, with a significant focus on human resources or professional service categories., Category expertise - proven track record managing contingent labor programs., understanding of labor market trends, rate benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) models., Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to drive category insights., Remarkable problem-solving skills., Ability to prioritize appropriately to meet internal customer and company needs., Effective written and verbal communication skills, with emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal personnel., Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment., Conducts all activities with the highest integrity., Ability to prioritize appropriately to meet internal customer and company needs.
