Administer global Project Management tool
Manage user access rights
Develop execution dashboards and KPIs
Support tool integrations
Implement automations and workflows
Provide level-1 support to users
Contribute to tool roadmap evolution
Support execution standards adoption
Ensure consistency in project structures
Update requirements by chasing stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement
Document all improvements
Use reporting and analytics for monitoring
Design and deliver training materials
Support onboarding of new users
Encourage consistent tool usage
Maintain knowledge repositories
Evolve knowledge management practices
Ensure documentation is structured
Optimize documentation for AI search
Leverage AI-enabled capabilities
Facilitate collective knowledge sharing
Support communities of practice
Administer Salesforce licenses
Coordinate Salesforce license governance
Track licenses by country
Monitor license allocation and usage
Support license process with stakeholders
Ensure new license terms are provisioned
Improve process and workflow
Coordinate with IT and vendor management
