What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years prior experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing sourcing engagements, Experience in an indirect procurement function at a multinational corporation, Experience managing spend categories that include three or more of the following: IT Software, IT Services, Corporate Services, Marketing, Contingent labor, Facilities and Real estate, Capital Expenditure and Tail Spend (Indirect Categories), Experience with practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, etc.)
