What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within health & wellness e-commerce with a focus on campaign planning, integrated marketing, or program management, experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced digital environment, Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with merchandising, product, and regional teams, Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing levers, including promotions, lifecycle marketing, and digital channels, Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams globally, project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to inform decisions, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced degree is a plus, Familiarity with regulatory considerations in health and wellness marketing (e.g., claims, compliance) is a plus, Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
