What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership, Upper-intermediate English, Existing rights to work in Ukraine

Nice to Have

Leadership skills, Successful experience in leading of project groups, 2 years of experience in project management, Work experience as part of international team, Ability to coordinate and manage short term and long term projects and build positive relationship with customer, Risk analysis and risk management skills, Good presentation skills, Flexibility, Out of box thinking, Ability to make decisions in uncertain environment and take risks, Communication skills, Teamwork, Initiative, Integrity, Attention to details

What You'll Do.

Manage engineering team on SoW

Communicate with Customer on forecast

Interact with Customer for confirmation

Clarify technical requirements

Participate in planning activities

Define and track project goals

Define resources for project execution

Monitor work progress

Manage project budget

Support Quality Management System

Summarize project results

Receive Customer satisfaction information

Analyze Customer satisfaction

Develop corrective actions

Search for project development opportunities

Build long-term relationship with Customer

Search and implement B2B solutions

Set strategy and vision for SMC

Provide linkage to Functional Leader

Elevate issues/concerns

Provide leadership to skill team

Support skill team decisions

Advocate for compliance

Act as employee advocate

Champion employee development
