What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership, Upper-intermediate English, Existing rights to work in Ukraine
Nice to Have
Leadership skills, Successful experience in leading of project groups, 2 years of experience in project management, Work experience as part of international team, Ability to coordinate and manage short term and long term projects and build positive relationship with customer, Risk analysis and risk management skills, Good presentation skills, Flexibility, out of box thinking, Ability to make decisions in uncertain environment and take risks, communication skills, teamwork, initiative, integrity, attention to details
