The group works cross-functionally with field teams, service delivery, new offer management, and other internal stakeholders on high-profile projects. ## Job Description We are seeking a **Global Services Data & Business Analyst** to join our Business Intelligence & Operations team. In this role, you will solve complex business problems through quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and the development of high-impact metrics and dashboards. **Key Responsibilities & Qualifications** * **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with global teams to define requirements, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage project milestones from inception to delivery. * **End-to-End BI Development:** Design and maintain advanced **Tableau** dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership. * **Data Integrity & Governance:** Own the data lifecycle by establishing "sources of truth," performing rigorous validation, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and reporting automation. * **Technical Proficiency:** Demonstrate 3+ years of professional experience using **SQL** for complex data extraction and **Tableau** for sophisticated dashboard d
