What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, Minimum of 7 + years of experience in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy role OR advanced degree with 5 + years of in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy role
Nice to Have
Demonstrated experience leading upstream product strategy for digital health, software, analytics, or platforms, Proven ability to influence roadmap decisions in a highly matrixed organization, Experience with Remote Monitoring, patient monitoring, analytics platforms, or digital health ecosystems, Understanding of clinical workflows across acute, post-acute, and/or home care settings, Familiarity with reimbursement models (e. g. , RM, CCM, value-based care) and evidence-driven adoption, Experience partnering closely with R&D, Medical Affairs, and downstream commercial teams, executive communication skills with ability to translate complexity into clear, strategic direction, MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, data science, or life sciences
