This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime. As a Global Security Auditor, you will conduct audits and provide support and assistance for the Global Security Audit Manager. Duties will include conducting Global Security audits, not limited to CTPAT and Intellectual property in accordance with established Hasbro security audit protocols and procedures and providing assistance with audit planning, audit review and supplier administration. This role is based in Hai Phong, and requires up to 75% travel to Hasbro's sourcing locations (mostly within Vietnam, with additional potential support required for China, India, Indonesia, Japan, and other Far East countries). What You’ll Do: Perform security and traceability assessments and compile detailed audit reports for review by the Global Security Audit Manager. Analyze vendor's corrective action plans to ensure compliance with audit findings. Oversee ongoing compliance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Offer training and support (both remotely and onsite) to suppliers on Global Security requirements. Conduct investigations into vendor security and intellectual property concerns as needed. Continue to improve and enhance the security and intellectual property program What You’ll Bring: 1-3 years in audits and manufacturing experience (not limited to social, security and or traceability areas). Proficient in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written); Chinese is an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree.
