Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related, Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales transformation or business process professional within international organizations, in global sales and pre‑sales, Proven ability to translate complex business needs into system requirements and manage senior, Experience driving improvements across regions and supporting both operational activities and longer‑term transformation, knowledge of end‑to‑end sales processes, change management, and user enablement, Full professional proficiency (C1 level) in both English, Ability to work with cross-functional experts and global process owners to align local needs with global strategic standards
Nice to Have
hand-on experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA and/or SAP C4C is preferred)
