## Description Aleph Digital: Paid Internship Work Model: hybrid  Duration: July 1–31, 2026 | Full-Time | Paid   About the Internship Are you curious about how TikTok, Google, or Amazon ads actually work behind the scenes? Want to gain real global business experience before you even graduate?   Join Aleph’s Global Sales Internship Program, a one-month, immersive learning experience where you’ll shadow local sales professionals, work on real business tasks, and connect virtually with interns from 4 continents.   This isn’t a classroom or university program. It’s your first step into the real world of digital advertising, guided by the sales teams who power some of the biggest campaigns in the industry. ## What You’ll Be Doing Shadow experienced local salespeople during live meetings, calls, and client interactions. Learn how global platforms are sold and managed in your region. Take part in weekly online training sessions with Aleph’s sales enablement team. Connect with interns from around the world in guided group discussions. Complete a Capstone Project based on your market and pitch your ideas to leaders.
