As Global Sales Enablement Manager, you are the driving force behind dedicated enablement topics and ensure that 300+ commercial professionals across four Profit Centers sell with sharper skills, consistent execution, and measurable impact on revenue. Tasks: - Own global enablement topics end to end: define the program hypothesis, build content, run it through activation gates, and continuously evolve it based on data and field feedback - Design structured programs with clear learning objectives, audience segmentation, activation plans, and success metrics that go well beyond one-off trainings - Partner across the matrix with other Global Enablement Managers, Sales Operations, L&D, Product Marketing, and Profit Center leadership to align priorities and drive adoption - Adapt and roll out programs locally for GSAA in German, including tailored materials and live sessions - Coach hands-on with German-speaking teams through call reviews, deal coaching, and skill practice with reps and front-line managers - Measure and report impact on ramp time, win rate, deal velocity, content usage, and revenue influence to keep programs accountable to business
