What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years in sales enablement or sales roles selling SaaS / travel management in the B2B sector across the UK, Europe & USA, Experience building relationships with travel managers, procurement professionals, and other commercial contacts across assigned regions, A data‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring the impact of enablement programmes, The ability to adapt and prioritise in an ambiguous environment

What You'll Do.

Build and run a sales enablement programme that supports our SMB and Enterprise sales teams across the UK

Own inbound and outbound lead workflows

forecasting and opportunity stage design

Manage meeting bookings for the sales team and at conferences

Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to track impact and share results with the wider team
