What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, 2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, Audit, Experience with reconciliations, understanding of financial data, Hands-on experience with ERP systems, proficiency in MS Office, analytical thinking with high attention to detail and data, Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes and propose effective solutions, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes and meet tight deadlines, Effective communication and collaboration skills, including interaction with external partners (PSPs) and internal teams (Finance, Tech, Compliance), Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
Familiarity with PSPs, payment flows or high-volume transactional environments, Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Alteryx)
What You'll Do.
end-to-end ownership of PSP (Payment Service Providers) related processes
communication with external providers
Own the end-to-end wallet processes
Process and post accounting entries for revenue transactions
platform fees and PSP-related activities in the ERP system
Collect and analyze financial data from PSP providers and internal systems
Prepare supporting documentation for PSPs and revenue-related activities
Monitor PSP balances and transactions
identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective actions
Support the preparation of data for regulatory reporting
Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes
