Our mission is simple: to do more with what we already have. Are you ready to join us? Your mission : Make the TA organisation measurable, governable, and efficient. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Process Design & Standardisation - Design and deploy a unified intake process across all verticals: consistent, adopted, and auditable - Build scorecards by job family in partnership with each TA - Define and publish SLAs by vertical - Create and maintain the TA wiki: the single source of truth for all processes, templates, and standards - Build structured onboarding programmes for new ICs and incoming RPO partners - Conduct quarterly process audits: identify drift, degradation, and non-compliance and act on it 2. Data, Reporting & Dashboard - Build and maintain the monthly ExCo TA dashboard - Produce hiring manager dashboards by vertical - Run quarterly NPS analysis: candidate NPS by vertical, trend tracking, corrective alerts - Measure and report on transformation impact: before/after on every major project - Partner with the Head of TA to create the conditions for reliable, actionable reporting 3. ATS Management & Automation - Lead full ATS & CRM deployment and configuration across all verticals - Identify and eliminate low-value manual tasks through workflow automation - Build and maintain ATS/HRIS integrations for seamless data flow - Develop the 12-month AI roadmap in partnership
