What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10–15+ years of experience within Finance, Controllership, Finance Transformation or Shared Services roles in a multinational environment, Expertise in Record-to-Report processes, financial close, consolidation and finance operating models, Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, process standardization and automation initiatives, Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA), Experience with finance automation tools such as BlackLine, Power BI or similar technologies, Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities, Able to influence senior stakeholders and lead global change initiatives, Team player with high energy and drive, Able to bring people along in transformation and build relationships across functions and regions
Nice to Have
Qualified Auditor, CPA, ACCA or Controller, Experience in FMCG or a fast-moving multinational environment

Ensuring global process standardization
simplification and harmonization
Leading the global R2R development and transformation agenda
Monitoring and steering process performance through global KPIs
Acting as the key escalation point for complex R2R process issues
Ensuring the R2R process framework supports internal controls
audit readiness and SOX compliance
Playing a central role in Finance transformation initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Building relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Shared Services, and the business; Working closely with Flora IT architects and technology teams; Collaborating closely with Shared Services (FSS India), Regional Finance teams, Group Reporting, Tax, Treasury and Internal Audit

Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Process & Methodology
Leading global change initiatives, Driving process improvements and transformation initiatives
