What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC in Food/Ingredients industry, Quality and Food safety management system such as GFSI, Halal, Kosher, ISO9001, GMP/HACCP, ISO14001, ISO 17025, non-GMO(IP), basic knowledge in country regulation, Experience in HACCP, Food safety mitigation plan/risk assessment and food safety auditor, English fluency, both written and spoken, Experienced in SAP QM or other regulatory compliance system

Nice to Have

Bachelot’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related fields

What You'll Do.

managing and coordinating customer quality document requests across the APAC region

Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer

Manage customer questionnaires

quality agreement and other quality and food safety documentation as customer requested within time frame and meet their expectation

Responsible for creating a new quality statement

and upload into the Document management system

Manage quality document relate to the product that manufactured from other sites and work closely with site quality and regional quality documentation team (North America

Asia Pacific) to collect the document related to the product quality assurance and compliance

Manage new project of APAC digital transformation system for customer quality document as assigned

English fluency, both written and spoken; Proactively communicate document availability to relevant manufacturing sites
