Must Have
Proven track record leading large-scale, global transformation programs, Experience operating in complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments, Experience facilitating workshops, governance forums, and cross-functional decision-making processes, mastery of program and portfolio management methodologies, experience with governance and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in environments where direct authority is limited, Exceptional leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams in international environments, Highly structured thinking with the ability to create clarity and structure in ambiguous environments, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Resilient and comfortable navigating ambiguity, Customer-centric and people-development oriented, Fluent English
