What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology OR business, marketing, engineering or a related field, 5+ years experience developing marketing strategies, 5+ years experience implementing marketing plans, Demonstrated ability developing strategic go-to-market plans, Proficiency in digital marketing, Excellent verbal communication skills, Excellent written communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Relationship-building skills, Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization, Ability to influence across functional teams, Ability to influence across geographies, Ability to translate performance metrics into business decisions

M.S., Ph.D., or MBA preferred
