Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead global product strategy and lifecycle management for upper extremity orthopedic implant portfolios, including shoulder and elbow solutions. Drive upstream product development activities, ensuring alignment between market needs, clinical requirements, and innovation priorities. Manage end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) processes, including launch planning, messaging, collateral development, and commercialization support. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, define positioning, and support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, business cases, and long-term portfolio strategies aligned with growth objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, regulatory, clinical, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product execution. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and clinical stakeholders to inform product development. Support sales enablement and surgeon education initiatives, including training, presentations, and clinical engagement activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred or equivalent experience). 5+ years of product marketing or upstream product management experience, ideally within medical devices or orthopedics. Strong understanding of orthopedic surgical markets, implant technologies, or related medical device environments. Proven experience leading product development, launches, and lifecycle management in a regulated industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple products in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and business case development.
