Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in role relevant field, such as genomics or molecular biology, Previous experience in working with molecular technologies or Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) either at lab or sales/product management/market development role., At least 5+ years in Product Management or Sales, marketing, R&D or related function, English Business Fluent
Nice to Have
MBA or any other business qualification is desirable

Collaborating with cross-functional teams - R&D, Operations, Sales and Marketing; Collaborate with R&D, operations and QRC; Collaborate with Sales and Marketing; relationship building skills, with ability to influence remote groups across global geographies, with internal and external customers

Excellent communication / presentation skills in verbal and written communications
Process & Methodology
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
