Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, Minimum 10 Years Experience, Accounting Certification ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent required, Experience executing process transformation initiatives or delivering enterprise systems, In-depth understanding of SAP or other major ERP systems capabilities, Direct experience or exposure to finance and accounting processes, High degree of attention to detail, Ability to understand complex processes, Ability to summarize and convey big picture, Quantitative and analytical reasoning skills, High degree of organizational and time management skills, Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, Ability to collaborate in a cross functional global team across multiple levels, Written, verbal and presentation skills, Travel required 15% +
Nice to Have
Direct experience with process harmonization, standardization, or continuous improvement activities, Experience in multiple process areas beyond RTR desirable, Program and project management experience, FP&A experience desirable, CPA desirable, MBA a plus, PMP a plus, Lean Six Sigma desirable

This role supports RTR process transformation and implementation of multidivisional enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other enabling technologies to optimize the RTR process. A key focus area for this role will be advancing the Abbott ERP roadmap and supporting the Director, Record to Report for related program deliverables and process leadership for select process areas.
