Must Have
Significant experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Proven ownership of end-to-end S2P processes, Global design, standardisation, and continuous improvement, Hands-on experience delivering and optimising procurement platforms, Measurable adoption and business impact, Track record of embedding process governance frameworks, Proven ability to drive behavioural change and process adoption, Prior experience in sourcing, category management, or P2P, Practical, user-centric process design
Nice to Have
Experience leading global process harmonisation, Experience delivering process re-engineering and automation initiatives, Practical application of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies, Experience operating within a center-led or Center of Excellence (CoE) model, Successfully influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
