Must Have
8+ years in data management, data analytics, or program reporting, Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Data Analytics, Experience with agile development methodologies, analytical and documentation ability to evaluate control effectiveness, Exceptional writing, organization, and documentation skills, Ability to work cross functionally in a complex, highly regulated environment, organization and workload management skills
Nice to Have
Experience in a 2LOD or oversight/compliance function, Certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/US, or CIPT, Working knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI, LGPD, etc.)

Create privacy reporting function
Enable measurable privacy compliance
Support Global Privacy Program governance
Manage Power BI dashboards
Perform data transformations
Inventory metrics and calculations
Design and prepare reports
Develop reporting narrative
Identify data patterns and insights
Document business requirements
Document process flow
Manage issues and exceptions
Define roles and responsibilities
Create SOPs for privacy reporting
Support privacy portal build out
Develop training materials
Document privacy portal
Liaise with business technology
Monitor technology enhancements
