Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own and manage the global pricing system, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements. Collaborate closely with IT teams and external vendors to resolve system issues, implement enhancements, and support development, testing, deployment, and user training activities. Lead the planning and execution of system upgrades and releases, ensuring effective timeline management and smooth implementation. Oversee user administration, including access management, license monitoring, and the development of training materials for both new and existing users. Serve as the primary point of contact for system users, gathering requirements, supporting adoption, and driving process improvements across global and local teams. Support pricing teams through system maintenance, bulk data uploads, reporting activities, and customized data analysis. Manage and validate master data, including product codes, SKU information, launches, and portfolio integrations related to acquisitions or divestments. Ensure data consistency and quality through regular audits, validation processes, and harmonization with financial planning, volume forecasts, and exchange rate data. Facilitate data integration from multiple sources through APIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing operations and governance. Requirements Significant experience working with international reference pricing systems, ideally as a system or solution owner. Previous experience with pricing platforms such as Model N, Navlin, or similar solutions is highly desirable. Proven ability to collaborate with IT teams on commercial system development, maintenance, or implementation projects. Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with experience in master data management, databases, SQL, and/or ETL tools. Solid understanding of pricing processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience
