Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions. ## Responsibilities Define Employer Solutions pricing strategy to optimize revenue growth, retention and profitability in partnership with Finance, Product, and GTM Leadership Analyze market data and synthesize feedback from customers to understand value drivers and competitive positioning, adapting strategy to meet evolving market demands Translate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures, partnering with Product Marketing to lead internal enablement and external communication on pricing Partner with operational teams to ensure pricing strategy is scalable, advising on quoting tools, deal desk parameters, and downstream operational processes Serve as a core thought partner for Sales and Customer Success leadership, providing expert guidance on deal structuring for prospective and renewing employers Effectively manage towards deadlines and set expectations on timelines with cross-functional stakeholders ## Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or financial planning & analysis, p
