What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of progressive HR / People Partner experience, significant experience supporting Revenue, Commercial, or P&L-led organizations, business and financial acumen, Demonstrated experience in organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent planning, and leading change in complex environments, Experience partnering across global regions, Ability to influence without authority, navigate a highly matrixed, global organization, Comfort operating with pragmatic, outcomes-focused, translate strategy into execution, communication skills

Nice to Have

Prior experience supporting US-based Revenue teams strongly preferred, Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, Law, Economics or related professional certifications are also valued

Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives
