At Booksy, we value a human touch, and you’ll apply this daily as you help stakeholders across different time zones understand complex tax logic and labor law impacts. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring: * Global payroll experience, ideally managing either US Multi-state and/or European (FR/ES/PL) payroll legislation. * A deep understanding of "13th-month" pay, CBA requirements in Spain and France, and US federal/state tax nexus. * Experience working with global HRIS or Payroll tools like HiBob, Workday, ADP, or CloudPay, alongside advanced Excel skills. * A track record of holding international providers accountable to strict SLAs. * The ability to explain complex tax and payroll logic to non-specialist stakeholders clearly and empathetically. **Benefits** Our Booksy UK benefits: * We're proudly distributed across the globe, with each market being remote-first.
