What You'll Achieve.
Ensure compliance with SOX regulations for payroll; Manage all payroll-related issues for all external and internal stakeholders in a prompt and efficient manner; Identify and produce process improvement initiatives and action plans of essential projects; provide best practice process solutions that could be used to improve process performance from a Vendor and Process perspective

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of overall experience with full life cycle payroll with a global entity with a Bachelor’s or 3 years and a Master’s or a PhD without or equivalent work experience, Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations as they relate to payroll, Experience working in a fast paced work environment, ideally in the tech industry, deadline management skills, ability to lead cross-functional collaborators to an outcome on a set timeline, Excellent project management skills, ability to process a large number of competing requests from cross-functional partners, Efficient with large dataset experience in Excel
Nice to Have
familiarity with Paylocity, Workday, Intacct is ideal
