What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of processing International Payroll, experience with US Payroll for a Corporate Company, Workday experience is required
Nice to Have
Workday Payroll Pro Certification is a plus, Global Payroll Transactions: Experience managing payroll for global mobile employees across multiple jurisdictions is a plus
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and process all DV Global Payroll’s (including US)
ensuring compliance with local
and federal regulations.
Assist with transition from Papaya Global to including parallel payroll runs
Partner with CloudPay
assist with managing SLAs
and continuous improvement
hold vendor accountable for accuracy
Support equity compensation processing for stock compensation (RSUs
ESPP) activity in accordance with country regulations.
Supervise the internal process making sure key deadlines are met with all required payroll responsibilities.
Ensure seamless payroll integration in Workday
partnering with Tech & Ops to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and ensure accurate data flow.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline payroll performance.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and Legal; Partner with Finance, Accounting, Equity Admin, and HR teams to ensure payroll is processed in compliance with each jurisdiction’s legal requirements and procedures.; Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Accounting, and other teams to ensure seamless payroll processes and drive business goals.
