Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment, Expert legislative knowledge in the relevant Country, Payroll implementation experience, communication skills for explaining payroll processes and issues to customers and other stakeholders, Deep knowledge in using local payroll tools and software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet, An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities, Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment, Experience in accounting/reconciliations, Writes and speaks fluent English

What You'll Do.
Act as a subject matter expert

Lead client hand-over
Lead client kick-off calls
monitoring of global payroll implementation projects
Ensure timely delivery
Lead process from inception through to Parallel runs
Ensure record of all decisions
Develop and maintain detailed project plans & timelines
Serve as primary point of contact
Develop and implement standardised payroll processes
Provide ongoing support
Resolve any issues or challenges
Support wider implementation team
Focus on KPIs and SLAs
Implement and improving processes
support and lead Payroll Generalists
Work with internal teams
Ensure all changes are documented
