What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 + years Channel or Sales Operations support experience, Experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills., Extreme attention to detail with a strategic eye, Analytical thinking and driving operational excellence and improvement, Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience, Able to multitask in a fast paced environment and exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing system/process enhancement recommendations., Excellent team player, able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams., A demonstrated ability to work under pressure, and quick adaptability to change.

Nice to Have

Salesforce. com product certifications are a plus (Administrator, Advanced Administrator), Experience with Partner Program Operations and Support, Fluency in English and one or more other languages including Spanish
