What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Property & Casualty Insurance License for your state of residence, Proficiency with MS Office products, written and verbal communication skills, analytical and insurance interpretation skills, Negotiation and presentation skills
Nice to Have
Formal professional designation within the insurance industry, Intermediate EPIC Applied Systems experience, Experience using Indio, Foreign language proficiency and/or experience living abroad, Ability to speak, read, or deliver a presentation in another language besides English, Fluency in a foreign language
What You'll Do.
Design and implementation of Foreign and Multinational Programs
Design and implementation of Controlled Master Programs
Determine timeline and strategy for new business and renewals
Provide direction to Account Manager
Ensure all account servicing activities by foreign brokers are performed
Coordinate strategy meetings
Participate in internal strategy sessions
Participate in client account review meetings
Participate in marketing meetings
Participate in client proposal presentations
Verify and reconcile premiums
Prepare revenue statements
Design and complete client deliverables
Input client data in account management systems
Manage Global Account Manager regarding account review
Manage Global Account Manager regarding information tracking
Manage Global Account Manager regarding file documentation
Manage Global Account Manager regarding workflow standards maintenance
Respond to and finalize Requests For Proposal (RFPs)
Respond to and finalize due diligence reviews
Respond to and finalize program reviews
Respond to and finalize compliance assessments
Research and communicate insurance industry trends
Assist Product Specialty leaders in training
Assist Product Specialty leaders in mentoring
