Must Have
3–5+ years of experience in travel operations, travel systems, travel analytics, or related travel program support role, understanding of corporate travel operations and travel technology platforms, Advanced Excel and analytical/reporting skills required, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage stakeholder requests and triage operational issues in a fast-paced environment, Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with travel platform administration/configuration preferred, Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc. ) preferred, Familiarity with HRIS, Finance, and system integrations strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain travel program reporting dashboards
Produce actionable insights and recommendations
and leadership reporting
Support administration and configuration of travel platforms
Maintain traveler profiles
Assist with system updates and platform enhancements
and IT on integrations
Support troubleshooting of integrations
Assist in testing/UAT for platform enhancements
Serve as point of contact for travel inquiries
Triage escalated travel issues
Support ad hoc operational requests
Partner with Travel leadership to resolve issues
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Team & Collaboration
Partner with HRIS, Finance, and IT on travel-related integrations and data feeds; Partner with Travel leadership to resolve operational issues impacting traveler experience or program compliance; Serve as point of contact for travel systems, reporting, and policy-related inquiries from travelers, assistants, and business stakeholders; Triage escalated travel issues and route appropriately across internal teams and external partners
