THE ROLE Legora is hiring our first dedicated Operations Manager, Post Merger Integration and Mergers and Acquisition to build our global integration function from scratch. This is a high-visibility, founding operator role reporting to the Director of Operations. Legora has grown both organically and through acquisition, and integration is how an acquisition becomes real: people landing well, products converging, and momentum maintained. You will own the integration lifecycle end-to-end—from pre-sign diligence through the first 100 days—turning a live portfolio of deals into a repeatable global machine. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Translate the deal thesis into an integration
